We are stronger together:
Provide a safe and welcoming space for men to engage with others who may have similar challenges Low level Depression or Anxiety, Loneliness, Isolation and Boredom
Promote a positive safe space where members can share their experiences / challenges with other members who maybe going through the same issues as they are
Work towards improving all our members health and wellbeing plus any challenges they may have
Offer a warm welcome to every new person as they enter the meeting room, make them feel at ease.
Provide an opportunity to take part in activities such as: - Snooker/Pool or Darts: Card Games or Boardgames: Quizzes and Other Activities
Encourage Members to take part in Enrichment Activities such as: - Group Outings to places like the Seaside Places of Interest like Museums and Activity days
Visit other groups or agencies offering enrichment interests and activities that may benefit the members:
Encourage the group and its members to engage with the local community, wider community and supporting agencies plus local businesses [where appropriate] with the view of promoting a positive image of the group and its goodwill ethos:
Encourage members to take up other activities and take up any signpost opportunities:
Encourage outside agencies and other interest groups to come and give presentations and talks to our members.
